Meet Meira

Meira is a painter, designer, and storyteller whose work is rooted in presence, light, and human connection. She holds a BFA in Painting and Product Design from Otis College of Art and Design and has spent over a decade creating exhibitions and commissioned works across the United States and internationally. Specializing in portraiture and landscapes, her work is known for its vibrant color, emotional depth, and ability to capture what exists just beyond the visible.

Painting has been a lifelong practice she continually returns to, always with a sense of curiosity and discovery. For Meira, it is a way of slowing down and tuning in—to the quiet beauty of life, to spirit, and to the subtle narratives unfolding beneath the surface. Her live painting, in particular, becomes an intentional act of observation, honoring fleeting moments as they happen in real time.

Inspired by nature, people-watching, mysticism, and the small details of everyday life, Meira creates work that feels both intimate and expansive.
